Small email lists can print money when you do THIS one thing...
Jason here.
A lot of copywriters think they need massive email lists to make real money.
But after reading through Travis Sago's Million Dollar Marketing Sequence the other day...
I spotted something FASCINATING.
He consistently generates 5-10% conversion rates from tiny lists.
The secret?
Make it fun!
Most people just tack on a random PDF and call it a "special bonus."
That works if the bonus you have is a good’un…
But Travis likes to break stuff and have a little fun.
He names his bonuses based on the story he's telling in his emails.
For example:
The "Elephant Bonus" (tied to an elephant metaphor)
The "Turkey Bonus" (during Thanksgiving)
The "Skip's Back Bonus" (connected to a story about a subscriber getting back in the game)
This little shift makes the bonus CONCRETE in people's minds.
It becomes a character in your story.
And it gets people writing in ASKING about the bonus by name!
Travis has used this strategy (along with his full sequence) to:
Generate $60k in commissions in a single day
Convert 5.5% of a brand new 1,800 person list
Help folks make $15k from teeny-tiny lists
This document was originally a bonus in his $6,000 Big Ticket Email Mojo program...
But because we just hit 50 degrees in February here in Minnesota…
I’m feeling EXTRA giving lately.
I've just added it as a special “Flip-Flops in February” bonus…
… for the Founding 50 of our Copywriter's Coach A-List.
The price right now is WAY less than six grand ;-)
But I’m only holding the door open for the next few days before the price goes up.
In Your Corner,
Jason
P.S. For the folks who already jumped aboard the Founding 50 yesterday…
THAAAANK you for joining us.
I see 50s in the forecast here again next week.
So expect more generous goodies to come :-)
