The best way to fire your toxic boss(es)

I was scrolling YouTube yesterday…

And found something that tickled me.

I found a video of the Succession theme song… looped for an HOUR.

But here's what got me scratching my head...

It had 766,000 views!

I LOVED the show, but it got me wondering… 

Who's sitting around listening to this?

I’m sure plenty of people were popping it on in the background while they worked.

But when I dove into the comments section, I noticed something...

It was FILLED with people sharing their stories…

(Which probably speaks to why the show was such a huge hit too.)

It was filled with frustrated people... venting about their toxic bosses.

Their soul-crushing jobs.

Their desperate attempts to find something better.

And it hit me...

Because even though we "escaped" the corporate world...

Lots of smart people are still living the same reality.

Just with different labels.

Instead of a "BOSS," they’ve got demanding clients who treat them like vendors.

Instead of a "JOB," they’re trapped in the content mill hamster wheel.

And instead of "landing something BETTER..."

They’re constantly chasing NEW clients... hoping the next one will somehow be different.

(But deep down, we all know better.)

Here’s why I bring all this up.

The only way to ACTUALLY escape...

Is to stop being the CHASER...

And start becoming the CHOOSER.

Yesterday, during our monthly call...
