And at the front desk, we met possibly the world's angriest woman. She looked at us like we'd personally ruined her entire week.

I'm thinking... great. This is gonna suck.

Then my dad did something I didn't expect.

Instead of just dumping our stuff and leaving, he starts asking her about HER situation.

"You guys must be slammed with all this storm cleanup, huh?"

And her whole face changed in an instant.

She went from hostile to helpful in about 3 seconds. Started telling us about the crazy demand, rising fees, where to put everything... even gave us insider tips for next time.

That's when I realized...
